People have agendas. Therefor, cable news networks, as they are run by people, have agendas. I don’t think I’m blowing anyone’s mind here, but it’s worth pointing out that all cable news networks have agendas and not just the ones whose agendas you do not agree with.

Even a charming young pup such as Anderson Cooper(!!!). Brosef kind of revels in the opportunity to tell people they’re acting a fool. Often, it seems, for the sole purpose of creating new clips of him being a dick to add to the bumpers of other shows on CNN. He can come across as a little eager in this regard. Sometimes he just plugs his ears and repeats “SIR YOU ARE LYING SIR”, which is totally distracting because I want to hear that lying motherfucker’s ridiculous story.

In my opinion there would be nothing wrong with giving Gaddafi a full hour of uninterrupted screen time to blather on about a bunch of nonsensical bullshit, while trying to make his case to the western world. I don’t need to be protected from lies, so long as I have equal access to all of the liars involved. I can make up my own mind, Anderson, you least offensive example, you.

In fact, you do yourself no favors by trying to guide me to a correct and agreed upon opinion. This makes me distrust you greatly, at which point I have to ask myself what, of all the things you’ve told me about any given evildoer, may be exaggerated or ignored.

And so it is that I find myself feeling very sorry for Muammar Gaddafi, as I once felt sorry for Saddam Hussein. I very nearly cried watching his hanging, I think. Perhaps I find these people relatable in a way because I, too, am pure evil. Though, I don’t believe there is a stipulation in the definition of a sociopath that they are allowed to feel empathy towards other sociopaths.

In any case, Internet, your homework assignment today is to convince me not to vote for Gaddafi in the coming general election here in Canadatown.
